  • How can I renew my lease?

    If you are interested in renewing your lease, please email leasing@rentcopperview.com for renewal information. 

  • What do I do if I need something fixed?

    Let us know and we’ll fix it! Use your online portal or give us a call.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    It’s easy, you can do it online and through our app!  You can also bring us a check or mail it to us.  Just please don’t walk in with a pile of cash.  For everyone’s safety we don’t accept cash payments.  

  • Can I smoke in my apartment?

    Smoking (anything) is not allowed indoors at any Fairlawn buildings.  If you must smoke you must do it outside.  

  • Should I get renters insurance?

    Yeah, you definitely should make sure you’re insured.  Renters insurance protects your stuff if something happens to it. Our insurance does not cover your stuff.  Sometimes your parents’ homeowners or renters insurance covers your belongings, check their policy.
